Salboy wins four awards at the UK Property Awards in recognition of a trio of its most ambitious schemes in London and Manchester – the UK’s capital and second city respectively.
Salboy, which operates as both the developer of its own award-winning schemes and funder of residential development across the whole of the UK, was chosen by an independent panel of 80 industry experts to receive four awards:
- Apartment/Condominium for London for Salboy’s first residential development in London, One Cluny Mews, a scheme made up of 35 apartments and penthouses in the popular and affluent area of Earl’s Court in Kensington & Chelsea
- Best Mixed-Use Development for the United Kingdom and Greater Manchester for Viadux, Salboy’s most ambitious scheme to date and one of the most complex mixed-use developments in Europe, currently under construction in Manchester city centre. While also nominated for Best Mixed Use Development Europe.
- Residential High-Rise Development for Greater Manchester for Victoria House, a 177-home scheme developed in partnership with Forshaw that, at 25-storeys high, will be a prime addition to Manchester’s city skyline.
Simon Ismail, Co-Founder & Managing Director of Salboy, comments: “Salboy’s reputation is built on our absolute focus on creating the right places for the communities of people who’ll live and work in them. We don’t develop our sites with awards in mind. However, to be recognised not once but three times by one of the UK’s most well-respected and respected awards programmes is hugely gratifying. These honours spur us on to continue creating the best environments we can and providing more vital homes that are so desperately needed right across the UK.”
