Relentless Developments and Salboy have sold 98% of the branded residences at St Michael’s, less than 6 months since launch.
The development introduces the first branded residences to the city, bringing hotel-inspired living alongside a 5 star experience within the development’s iconic 41-storey tower.
Sales launched in the UK in November followed by a global launch at the end of the year, with the scheme’s penthouses and larger apartments the first to be snapped up by UK owner-occupiers and waiting lists already in place.
A number of sales also see British citizens abroad returning to the UK in order to set up home at St Michael’s, in Manchester’s most exclusive postcode.
