Bespoke gives penthouse buyers unprecedented control over delivery of their future homes
Salboy, the nationwide property development and funding company, has launched Bespoke, a service that allows future Manchester penthouse owners an unprecedented level of control, input and creativity in the design and delivery of their custom-made properties.
Having reserved space in an upcoming Salboy development, every Bespoke client is supported by a Salboy team that introduces and liaises with the right construction engineers, planning consultants, architects and interior designers to ensure clients’ penthouses meet, if not exceed, every expectation they have about their future exclusive property in Manchester’s city centre.
Designed specifically to involve clients as early as possible in the development process of their future apartments, the Bespoke service enables the Salboy team to engage in any necessary planning amendments, structural design requirements or logistical considerations that come into play to accommodate the features and layouts clients might want to achieve.

The launch of Bespoke comes at a point when Manchester is facing the largest housing deficit on record, amid soaring demand from international and domestic buyers alike who are coming to work and make their homes in the city.

Salboy currently has £1 billion of property in development or construction across the Northwest, central London and Cornwall. Bespoke will be first available for penthouses in Salboy’s Viadux and Victoria House schemes, both of which are in prime central Manchester locations.
Earlier this year, Salboy entered a joint venture agreement with Relentless, the property development company owned by Gary Neville, to deliver Manchester’s long-anticipated St Michael’s development, a scheme comprising a 5* hotel, 180 residences and leisure spaces.
The Bespoke service is currently available to those reserving penthouse property in Salboy’s Manchester city centre schemes, but will be rolled out in due course to Salboy schemes with penthouse allocations nationwide including those in central London.
